Residential Conveyancer | Up to £50,000

Supportive. Collaborative. Built for Long-Term Success.

What if you could join a conveyancing team where you're trusted to do your job, genuinely supported by those around you, and given the tools and structure to succeed without being micromanaged?

We're working exclusively with a highly respected, growing law firm that is looking to appoint two experienced Residential Conveyancers as part of its continued expansion. With an outstanding reputation for client service and a people-first culture, this is a firm that champions its staff, invests in their development, and believes great results come from collaboration—not pressure.

If you're looking for a firm where you can manage quality work, build lasting relationships, and develop your career within a supportive environment, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

Why This Role Stands Out

This isn't a volume-driven conveyancing factory. It's a firm that understands the importance of giving its fee earners the right support to deliver an excellent client experience.

You'll benefit from:

  • A genuinely collaborative and approachable team with an open-door culture
  • Hybrid working after your initial onboarding period (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • Dedicated administrative support available to every fee earner
  • One-to-one paralegal support as your caseload grows
  • A structured and gradual onboarding process, allowing you to build your caseload at a sensible pace
  • Experienced colleagues who are always available to offer guidance when needed
  • No month-by-month micromanagement of billing targets—the focus is on long-term performance and quality service
  • A generous referral incentive paying 10% of net legal fees for any work you introduce, for the lifetime of that client relationship

The firm has built an excellent reputation by combining exceptional client care with a modern, collaborative way of working. They pride themselves on being big enough to provide real opportunities, while remaining small enough to genuinely care about both clients and employees. Their approachable culture, strong teamwork, and commitment to delivering straightforward, high-quality legal advice have helped establish them as one of the region's most respected practices.

The Role

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a varied mix of sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold transactions.

You'll join an established and supportive department where work is shared fairly, colleagues genuinely help one another, and you'll have access to experienced supervisors whenever required.

There is also the opportunity to work on specialist transactions, including Shariah-compliant property matters, so any previous exposure to Islamic finance would be an advantage, although it is by no means essential.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
  • Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently while enjoying being part of a collaborative team
  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer is welcomed, but experienced non-qualified Fee Earnners are equally encouraged to apply

Experience with Shariah or Islamic finance transactions would be highly advantageous but is not essential.

The Package

  • Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home following onboarding)
  • Structured support from experienced lawyers and supervisors
  • Dedicated administrative support for all fee earners
  • One-to-one paralegal support as your caseload develops
  • 10% lifetime referral bonus on work you introduce
  • Real career progression within a growing and ambitious firm
  • Supportive, collaborative working environment where people are encouraged to learn, ask questions and develop
  • High-quality work from a mixture of panel instructions and referrer relationships
