What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients professionally and warmly
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and managing enquiries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring it is presentable at all times
  • Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assisting with ad-hoc office duties to support the team
