About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected legal practice in Yeovil seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in legal work. In the last month alone, four reception team members have been promoted into paralegal roles or training contract positions, highlighting the strong progression opportunities available for high performers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients professionally and warmly
- Answering and directing telephone calls and managing enquiries
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is presentable at all times
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assisting with ad-hoc office duties to support the team

Who We’re Looking For
You should have:
