A well-established and respected law firm based in Yeovil is seeking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 3 years’ post-qualification experience or more to join its growing litigation team.
The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious matters, providing clear, practical advice to a diverse client base. The role offers a high degree of autonomy alongside the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling a broad range of litigation matters, which may include:
- Civil and commercial disputes
- Contractual claims
- Property and landlord & tenant disputes
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence claims
- Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Litigation
- Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
