Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal to join its long-established and highly regarded Residential Property team in Wadebridge. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting two experienced Residential Property fee earners with a varied caseload.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and completion statements.
- Opening and closing client files and maintaining accurate case records.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
- Managing Land Registry applications and searches.
- Assisting with exchanges, completions and post-completion matters.
- Diary management and arranging appointments.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
About You
- Previous experience within a residential conveyancing team would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
