We’re working with a leading regional law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join their busy New Homes Department in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys managing a small team and working in a fast-paced but highly supportive environment. You’ll be heading up one of the department’s dedicated units, responsible for handling plot sales for some of the UK’s leading developers, including Persimmon, BDW, StrongVox, Summerfield as well as social housing providers nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of new build plot sales
- Leading a small, well-supported team consisting of a Conveyancing Assistant and a Legal Administrator
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the unit
- Ensuring an exceptional level of client care and communication throughout each transaction
About You
- A background in residential conveyancing, with experience handling your own caseload
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Previous experience managing or mentoring others would be an advantage
