An established and well-regarded law firm in Somerset is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload from instruction through to completion, whilst also playing an active role in mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.

The Role:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Help to Buy matters
  • Unregistered titles
  • Transfers of equity and other residential property transactions
  • Managing files from initial instruction through to completion
  • Maintaining excellent client care throughout the transaction process
  • Supporting, mentoring and supervising junior team members

About You:

Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. The ideal candidate will possess:
