Our client is a respected law firm with a strong reputation across Devon and beyond. Their Wealth Management Team advises business owners, farmers, and high-net-worth clients on succession planning and estate matters.
They are now looking for a detail-focused lawyer to support existing clients and help the team grow further.
What You’ll Do

Handle a varied caseload within the Tax, Trusts, and Succession team

Manage the administration of complex and high-value estates

Draft Wills, trusts, and related documents

Advise clients on succession planning and inheritance tax

Work closely with senior lawyers, supported by paralegals and administrators
What We’re Looking For

Experience in succession planning, inheritance tax, trusts, and estate work

Strong communication and teamwork skills

STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
