Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation across the Southwest, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team in Sidmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused individual to join a busy and growing department, handling a high-quality and varied caseload while benefiting from a collaborative and forward-thinking working environment.
The role will involve managing a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills, including those involving more complex estates
- Probate and the administration of estates from instruction through to completion
- Trust creation, management, and advisory work
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax planning and estate structuring
- Advising clients on wealth preservation and succession planning
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring that matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations. The role requires a sensitive and professional approach, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
In addition, you will:
