Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional looking to join a well-established and respected South Devon law firm? Our client is seeking a capable and motivated Senior Paralegal or Fee Earner to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to manage their own caseload with a high degree of autonomy whilst benefiting from the support of a friendly and collaborative team. The firm is open-minded regarding qualifications and is far more interested in relevant experience, technical ability and the confidence to handle matters with minimal supervision.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing excellent client service throughout the transaction process. Matters are likely to include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property work
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience within Residential Conveyancing
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
