A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join the New Homes Department of a highly regarded and progressive law firm in Taunton.
Working alongside the Head of Department, you’ll play a key role in site setups for major national developers and social housing providers. The firm acts for clients including Persimmon, BDW, StrongVox, Summerfield, handling large-scale new build developments across the South West and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the setup of new development sites
- Liaising with national housebuilders, developers, and internal teams
- Managing and supporting junior fee earners and support staff within your unit
- Ensuring an efficient, client-focused service at every stage
About You
- Substantial experience in conveyancing, ideally with exposure to new build or development work
- Confident managing complex files and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership qualities
