We are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly respected law firm in Somerset in their search for a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team based in Weston-Super-Mare.

The Role
- Assisting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conducting searches, preparing reports on title, and managing file administration.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for quality service.
About You
- Previous experience as a Paralegal in residential property/conveyancing is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
