Our client is a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with several offices across Devon. With a primary focus on delivering the highest level of service to clients, they pride themselves on combining legal excellence with genuine care. They are now seeking to strengthen their busy Private Client team with the appointment of a Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected practice with a varied and interesting caseload, working primarily from their Exeter office while being part of a wider Private Client team across the region.

The Role

You will manage a broad mix of Private Client matters, including:

  • Wills and succession planning
  • Estate administration and probate
  • Trusts and tax planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

The ideal candidate

  • Be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical knowledge of Private Client law.
  • Ideally hold STEP qualification (although full support will be provided to obtain this).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care.
  • Be proactive, organised, and able to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
