The Role

Working closely with solicitors and legal executives, you will become an integral member of the Personal Injury team, assisting with a varied caseload of claimant matters, including:

  • Employer’s Liability claims
  • Public Liability claims
  • Road Traffic Accident claims

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of personal injury files
  • Undertaking legal research and preparing case documentation
  • Drafting legal documents, including witness statements, schedules of loss and disclosure lists
  • Preparing files for meetings with clients, counsel and medical experts
  • Attending client meetings where appropriate and preparing attendance notes
  • Liaising with clients, medical professionals, insurers and other third parties
  • Ensuring files are managed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements

This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality claimant work and provides the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience while working alongside lawyers who are recognised specialists in their field.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a collaborative team

Previous legal experience is essential, ideally within personal injury or litigation, although applications from law graduates with relevant legal experience will also be considered.
