The Role
You will provide essential support to fee earners, assisting with a range of residential property transactions and helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and legal support to the Residential Property team
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Opening and maintaining client files and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Carrying out property searches and Land Registry checks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Preparing completion statements and assisting with exchanges and completions
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
