Our client is recruiting a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their well-established team across their offices throughout Cornwall. The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, supporting clients who have suffered injury as a result of negligence and guiding them through the legal process with empathy and professionalism. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad range of personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, slips and trips, industrial disease and more complex injury claims.
  • Provide clear, practical and client-focused legal advice from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
  • Prepare and progress cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.

The Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury work or related litigation.
  • Strong technical understanding of personal injury law and claims handling.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to client representation.
