We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning and Legal 500-recommended law firm with a long history of delivering high-quality legal services across Devon, Somerset and beyond. With a multi-office presence and a strong reputation for professionalism, client care and collaborative working, our client is a well-respected name in regional legal services.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their commercial property team, with a minimum of 3+ years' post-qualification experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied and commercially focused caseload supporting businesses, investors and developers throughout the South West and nationwide.
The commercial property team provides practical, cost-effective advice on a wide range of matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property
- Leasing work – negotiating and drafting leases for landlords and tenants
- Property development transactions and site assembly
- Landlord and tenant disputes and related property issues
- Work across a variety of property types including retail, industrial, office, leisure, hospitality and care facilities
You will work closely with partners and senior solicitors, delivering pragmatic solutions that help clients make sound commercial decisions at every stage.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property law
- Confident managing a diverse and client-facing caseload independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to legal problem-solving
