The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload appropriate to their level of experience, working as part of a collaborative and experienced property team.
Depending on specialism, responsibilities may include:
- Residential Property: Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, reāmortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Managing files from instruction through to completion. Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Commercial Property: Advising on commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development work. Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation. Working closely with clients to deliver commercially focused legal advice.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive/fee earner with relevant experience)
- Experience in residential and/or commercial property law
- Strong technical ability with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and clientācare skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
