On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join the firm on a permanent basis. This is an attractive opportunity to join a progressive and professional team. The firm is dynamic and highly successful, having shown exceptional growth over the past few years with ambitious plans for the future.
For the role, you will ideally have experience dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes, and equitable interest claims. Our client is flexible regarding the level of experience you have and can adapt the caseload accordingly.
