We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Litigation Paralegal to join a busy and supportive legal team based in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build a long-term career within litigation whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience and structured development towards qualification as a solicitor.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside experienced solicitors, assisting with a broad range of litigation matters and supporting clients throughout the legal process. Responsibilities will include speaking with clients, compiling witness statements, gathering information relating to cases, assisting with legal drafting and case preparation, and providing general support across litigation files.

This role offers a structured two-year programme providing supervised Qualifying Work Experience (QWE), together with ongoing mentorship, training, and regular feedback to support professional development. Following successful completion of the QWE period, the firm will provide support and funding towards SQE preparation courses and examination fees.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal with a genuine interest in litigation. They will possess excellent organisational and research skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional, client-focused approach.
