Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or Paralegal looking for a new opportunity in the heart of Cornwall? Our friendly and established high street law firm in Redruth is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Family Law team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting solicitors in managing family law cases, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements.
- Preparing legal documents, letters, and court bundles.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other third parties.
- Maintaining and updating client files.
- Diary management and arranging appointments.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in Family Law.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
