Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Manage new client instructions.
- Prepare estimates, client care documents, source of funds checks, and onboarding processes.
- Issue Contract Packs.
- Obtain searches.
- Liaise with clients by phone and email, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills (this is not an online “factory-style” environment).
- Handle post-exchange work.
- Prepare completion statements.
- Manage completions, including obtaining mortgage funds and transferring funds.
- Deal with post-completion tasks, including registrations and SDLT returns.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience using Leap case management software.
