Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Law Graduate with an interest in Private Client work or an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established law firm based in Minehead, working within its friendly and supportive Private Client Department. This position offers an excellent entry point for someone looking to begin or develop their legal career in a professional and approachable environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Private Client team in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters.
- Assist with drafting legal documents, correspondence, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Liaise with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, both in person and by telephone.
- Carry out legal research and assist senior fee earners with case preparation and administrative duties.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with the firm’s procedures and regulatory obligations.
Qualifications
- A Law Graduate, ideally with an interest in Private Client Law.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
