An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Law Graduate to join a well-established law firm on the outskirts of Barnstaple within its busy Commercial team. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering an ideal entry point into a legal career with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop specialist knowledge in commercial law.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Commercial team, the successful candidate will:

Assist fee earners with casework, research, and drafting of documents.

Support with client onboarding, file management, and compliance tasks.

Conduct legal research and prepare summaries to support ongoing matters.

Liaise with clients and third parties professionally, by phone, email, and in person.

Prepare and maintain accurate case documentation and correspondence.

Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Gain exposure to a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, business sales and acquisitions, and property-related work.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Law Degree.
