An established law firm in North Devon is seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Solicitor to join its reputable Family Law team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload focusing primarily on private children matters and non-molestation orders, providing compassionate, professional, and effective legal support to clients during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including child arrangements, parental responsibility disputes, and non-molestation orders.
- Advise and represent clients in family court proceedings, including the preparation of statements, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Provide clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Conduct advocacy where appropriate and liaise effectively with counsel and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate case management records in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
