The Role

As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of private client family work. This will include:

  • Divorce and separation proceedings

  • Financial settlements, including complex and high-value matters

  • Private law children disputes, including residence, contact, and parental responsibility

  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

  • Cohabitation and separation agreements

  • Advising high-net-worth individuals on asset protection and family wealth matters

You will be expected to manage your own caseload from initial instruction to conclusion, provide exceptional client care, and contribute to the growth of the department through building strong client and referrer relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in family law.

  • Have a strong background in privately funded family work.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

  • Be client-focused, empathetic, and commercially aware.

  • Be able to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively with colleagues.
