A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a respected team in Exmouth. The successful applicant will play a key role within a busy department, providing high-quality legal advice and client care across a broad spectrum of family law matters. These will include divorce, civil partnerships, separation, cohabitation disputes, financial settlements, and children matters. Knowledge of the legal aid system would be advantageous.
The appointed candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with at least five years' experience of independently managing their own caseload. A proven track record of handling a variety of family matters will be highly regarded. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage high volumes of work, and resilience under pressure are essential.
