Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is looking to expand their Residential Property team due to a significant increase in work. They are seeking an individual to join their New Build team, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy and developing department.
This role is open to candidates at a variety of levels, including Paralegals, experienced Legal Assistants, newly qualified Solicitors, and qualified Property Solicitors. The firm is flexible in its approach and is keen to find the right individual who can contribute to the continued success of the team.
The successful candidate will be involved in handling a range of residential property matters, with a particular focus on new build transactions. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, the role will suit someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload.
The position will initially be based in Exeter; however, the firm offers flexibility over time, with the opportunity to work from other offices if more convenient. The firm has a strong presence across Devon and parts of Somerset.
