Our client is an established and well-regarded Southwest law firm and on their behalf we are seeking a Property / Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in property-related disputes to join a supportive and progressive firm offering high-quality work and long-term career development.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of property litigation matters on behalf of businesses, landlords, landowners and private individuals. The caseload is likely to include landlord and tenant disputes, land disputes, boundary issues, rights of ways, restrictive covenants and other contentious property matters. There may also be exposure to wider commercial litigation work where appropriate.
This role would suit someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships and working collaboratively as part of an experienced team. The firm encourages professional development, specialisation and business development activity, offering genuine opportunities for progression.
Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Lawyers up to around 5 years’ PQE with previous experience in property litigation or a strong interest in this area of law. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
