An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join the growing Exeter office of a well-established and highly regarded law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to build a long-term career within Residential Property whilst benefiting from strong supervision, high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative Residential Property team handling a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages

- General residential conveyancing transactions
