Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded and supportive law firm in Exeter? Our client is seeking a talented commercial property lawyer to join their established and successful Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including national and regional businesses, developers, banks and landowners, while continuing to develop your career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role: You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Development projects
- Property finance transactions
- General commercial property advisory work
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth. There will also be opportunities to support and mentor more junior members of the team.
About You: To be considered, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property matters
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial property transactions
- Experience supervising or supporting junior colleagues
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive approach to business development
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
