The Role
- As part of the firm’s wider Litigation team, the successful candidate will take a lead role in developing the employment department, managing a varied caseload, and driving business growth.
- Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a broad caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities
