On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Litigation Department, which handles a broad range of civil litigation work. The department currently comprises nine fee earners and support staff.
The successful candidate will be capable of managing MOJ Portal and FastTrack cases, Intermediate Track cases with minimal supervision, and assisting a partner with larger Multi Track cases, including those involving life-changing injuries.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in personal injury or clinical negligence law. Candidates may be CILEX or Solicitors. Consideration will be given to candidates with more extensive experience and qualifications, especially if they have experience in other areas of litigation, a strong track record in business development, or a client following.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applications (minimum 24 hours per week). The role requires working primarily in the office in Exeter or Tiverton, with potential for hybrid working after passing probation.
The role involves participation in the firm’s marketing and business development activities, attending networking and social events, and actively developing new sources of personal injury work.
