The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (0–5 years’ PQE) to join a growing Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Technology team. The role offers varied and meaningful work, helping businesses protect, manage, and commercialise their ideas, technology, data, and brands. The successful candidate will advise a wide range of clients across sectors including technology, digital innovation, creative industries, food and drink, education, and renewable energy.

Work will cover:

  • Intellectual property protection, enforcement, and commercialisation
  • Data protection, privacy, and GDPR compliance
  • Licensing, e-commerce, and digital contracts
  • Brand protection, trademarks, and portfolio management
  • Commercial agreements with an IP/tech focus

Applications are welcome from newly qualified lawyers through to those with up to 5 years’ PQE. Candidates should bring:

  • A solid academic background and excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, digital culture, or creative industries
  • Practical experience in IP, data protection, or commercial law (via training or work)
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • A collaborative approach with the ambition to contribute to team growth
