Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters including:
- Divorce and separation
- Civil partnership matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children matters
- General relationship breakdown advice
- The role will involve managing day‑to‑day files independently whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts and referrers.
- Candidates will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the department.
Qualifications

- Previous experience handling family law matters is essential, and knowledge of legal aid work would be advantageous although not essential.
