Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team, with the opportunity to be based in either their Taunton or Bridgwater office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected regional practice, working with a broad and varied client base across the Southwest. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate and commercial legal advice and supporting the continued development of this area of practice.
The Role
The role will involve a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to:

Advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts

Supporting mergers, acquisitions, business sales and reorganisations

Providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Contributing to business development and the growth of the department
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law

Have strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills

Be able to manage a varied caseload effectively
