Corporate / Commercial Lawyer - 5 years+ PQE

Corporate and commercial work is a significant and evolving practice within the firm, strengthened by key strategic partner appointments in recent years. The firm acts for a diverse client base, including businesses, farmers, landowners, and private clients, while also receiving referrals from accountants, agents, and other professionals due to its strong local reputation., The successful candidate will handle a variety of non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Business sales and purchases (both share and asset transactions).

• Shareholders Agreements and Articles of Association.

• Company incorporation.

• Partnership and LLP agreements, including farming partnerships.

• Commercial contracts and standard terms and conditions.

• Management buyouts and company restructuring.
