Are you a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Our client, a highly respected and employee-owned law firm, is seeking a talented professional with 2+ years PQE to join their specialist Commercial Real Estate team.
The Role: As part of the Commercial Real Estate team, you will work with a diverse range of business types across sectors such as leisure and tourism, retail, food and drink, healthcare, and professional services. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including leases, licences to assign, surrenders, and assignments.
- Managing sales and purchases of owner-occupied properties and related secured lending transactions.
- Overseeing sales and purchases of investment property.
- Engaging in business development activities, such as attending networking events.
About You: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial real estate or a related area. Genuine interest in commercial real estate with a desire to develop your expertise. Commercially aware and committed to delivering exceptional client service. Flexible and able to work well in a team environment. Organised, accurate, proactive, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
