Our client is a well-established law firm and on their behalf we are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ up to 2 years' PQE to join their growing property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career Solicitor to gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial property work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.The Role:Working as part of the Commercial Property team, the successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and provide legal advice and support across a range of matters, including:Sales and acquisitions of commercial propertyDrafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenantsRe-financing and secured lending transactionsDevelopment projects, including site acquisition and unit salesAdvising on development and infrastructure agreements, such as pre-emption, option, and promotion agreementsSupporting the Corporate team on property aspects of business transactionsDrafting and advising on easements, licences, and other commercial property documentationThis role offers excellent scope for professional development and progression for a Solicitor looking to build a long-term career in commercial property law.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years' PQE and a sound understanding of commercial property transactions, with strong drafting and communication skills.
