About the Role:
As a Commercial Property Lawyer at our client, you will manage a varied caseload of general commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant matters, providing expert legal advice and support to our valued clients. Youβll have the autonomy to handle your own matters while benefiting from a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters and related commercial property issues.
- Draft and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
- Conduct due diligence to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Provide clear, up-to-date legal advice and maintain high client service standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and assist senior lawyers on complex matters.

What Weβre Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent.
