The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and play a key role in the continued growth of a busy and successful department. This position offers the chance to take over an established client base while also contributing to business development initiatives.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be confident, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues. You will have a solid background in commercial property work and a genuine interest in developing long‑term client relationships. Previous supervisory or people‑management experience would be advantageous, as the role offers scope to support and develop others within the team.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3–10 years PQE, although all levels will be considered)
  • Strong experience in commercial property matters
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
  • Excellent communication, client care and IT skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload independently
  • A proactive and relationship‑driven approach
