Work Hours & Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (40 hours per week). Flexible hours may be accommodated as needed. 39 weeks per year (term time + inset days).

£25,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and adherence to due diligence.
• Plan, prepare, andjevse high‑quality meals using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards across all cooking activities.
• Communicate directly with on‑site clients to meet their culinary requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manage inventory to support menu development.

Qualifications

• Experienced Chef or Cook Manager with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and potential schedule adjustments.
