We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations. This is a key leadership role within the business, with clear potential to grow as Blue Tiger continues to scale. You will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while leading and motivating a small but growing team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse and logistics operations
- Manage, support, and develop warehouse and delivery teams
- Plan and coordinate deliveries to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
- Drive a 3.5-tonne van when required to support operations
- Ensure all health & safety, food handling, and operational compliance standards are met
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows as the business grows
- Act as a strong people manager by setting clear standards, training team members, and fostering a positive team culture
- Work closely with the leadership team to support business growth and scalability
About You / Qualifications:
- Highly organised with strong operational and problem-solving instincts
- A confident and capable people manager who leads from the front
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Holds a valid driving licence and is able to drive a 3.5-tonne van
- Proven experience overseeing warehouse and logistics operations
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
