Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and all due diligence requirements are met.
• Prepare and cook meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients at volume.
• Manage kitchen supplies and liaise directly with onsite clients.

Qualifications

• Experienced Cook/Chef Manager with proven people‑management capabilities.
• Proficient in cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients at high volume.

Work Details

• Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (40 hours per week). Flexibility available if needed.
• Working weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
• Pay: £25,000 per annum.
• Work days: Monday to Friday.
