Front of House Bar Supervisor
Are you a confident and experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for a Front of House Bar Supervisor to support the Manager in leading our bar and front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience.

The Role
As Front Of House Bar Supervisor, You Will
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise wastage.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
Support the management team with event preparation and service.
About You
We\’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a bar or front-of-house supervisory role.
Is confident in leading a team and setting a high standard of service.
Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
