We are looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join a forward-thinking and client-focused firm. The role involves managing your own caseload from instruction to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Manage ID requirements, funds checks, gift deposits, and risk assess.
- Prepare and issue contracts and manage mortgage redemptions.
- Handle exchange and completion of contracts.
- Order/report searches and titles, leases, and raise relevant enquiries.
- Review and report on mortgages and management packs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with full responsibility for your own caseload.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering client service.
- Legally qualified (Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer).
