We are working with a rapidly expanding legal services provider offering expert guidance across a range of complex and high-value family law matters. The organisation specialises in supporting clients through relationship or marriage breakdowns, UHNW / HNW family disputes, children matters, financial / property issues following separation, and domestic abuse cases.
They are now looking to engage experienced Family Law Solicitor Advocates to support the business's continued growth. This consultancy opportunity offers exceptional earning potential and the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters involving high-value and complex issues.
- Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and dispute-resolution processes.
- Provide expert legal advice on divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases.
- Draft legal documents including statements, applications, and settlement proposals.
- Handle sensitive, confidential, and emotionally complex matters with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to delivering accessible, high-quality legal services.
- Qualified Solicitor Advocate (England & Wales) with strong family law experience.
- Track record advising HNW and UHNW clients or complex family matters (desired but not essential).
- Experience covering:
- Divorce and separation
- Child custody and arrangements
- Domestic abuse cases
- Financial and property disputes
- Consultancy role with average earnings around £20,000 per month
- Hybrid working arrangement (Manchester-based)
