About the Role
We are working with a well-established law firm that is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor to join its growing team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable and motivated legal professional with experience in both residential conveyancing and wills & probate to step into a varied and rewarding role. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on wills, probate, and estate administration matters
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Drafting legal documents including contracts, transfers, and wills
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Providing clear, practical legal advice with a strong client-focused approach
- Supporting team members where needed and contributing to a collaborative workplace
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
- Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing and wills & probate
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
