About the job Residential Property Solicitor The Role We\’re looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join a forward-thinking and client-focused firm. The role involves managing your own caseload from instruction to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.Responsibilities Advise clients on purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.Manage ID requirements, funds checks, gift deposits, and risk assess.Prepare and issue contracts and manage mortgage redemptions.Handle exchange and completion of contracts.Order/report searches and titles, leases, and raise relevant enquiries.Review and report on mortgages and management packs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.Qualifications Proven experience with full responsibility for your own caseload.Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering client service.Legally qualified (Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer).
