We are seeking an experienced Qualified Solicitor (5+ PQE) to lead and manage our Property Litigation department. You will play a key role in shaping department strategy, managing performance, and ensuring operational excellence, while delivering high-quality client service.
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing the department strategy to support company objectives.
- Formulating, agreeing, and delivering annual department budgets.
- Networking internally to build contacts and generate cross-referrals.
- Managing recovery of cash and aged debtors.
- Developing, maintaining, and reviewing monthly department KPIs and performance reporting.
- Servicing clients in line with company policies and procedures.
- Delivering market-leading levels of client service and communication.
- Ensuring technical competence through training, support, and succession planning.
- Understanding and managing department risks.
- Promoting company vision and values.
- Continually improving systems and processes to increase efficiency, enhance client experience, and reduce risk.
- Assisting with recruitment within the Property Litigation department.
